This is an antique, handmade child�s highchair. This sturdy, handsome chair features a flip-up tray that lifts up and over the chair, allowing for easy child entry. There is a leather strap that fastens the tray down with a simple snap mechanism. It features beautiful hand-turned decorative back spindles and a comfortable footrest.

This chair, clearly made long ago, is in wonderful condition. It is strong and tight with no wobbling, comfortably seating my 2 year old (see pics). In fact, he loves to sit in this chair (unlike his normal highchair in the kitchen) and requests to sit in it whenever he sees it.

The finish is in excellent condition and there are no cracks or damage to the wood. It is a lovely rich honey color. Given its age (we believe this chair is from the late 1800�s- early 1900�s) this chair is in remarkable shape!

Chair Dimensions: 39" high, 17" wide, and 23" deep (from back legs to front of tray).

This is a really nice swing set made by �Jack�s Backyard� of Houston. Brought it up with me and have put it together twice so can tell you how to take apart and put back together. The set has three swings and an extra baby �bucket� swing shown in a couple of the pictures so there are 4 swings all together. Besides the three swings there is a covered fort and a sandbox with two little seats under the fort area.

The set is made of treated lumber and is about 8 years old. Very solid though, made with 4x4s for the fort and a 4x6 across the top, not like the cheap ones you see made all with 2x4s. We paid ~$1100 for it when new.
For the person buying, I will be happy to help take apart and you can see how it goes together. I believe it was 2 trips in a pickup to move it (maybe 3). My price does not include moving or setting up but if you live nearby and need help we can talk.

My son no longer plays with this. We got it for him for christmas and only used it a few times.
It has been cleaned and is in excellent conidition. Opens up so kids can store crayons and papers in there.
