Seeking Executive Assistant to President of Chicago-based investment management firm. This role will also include personal assistance at home and office. Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks required. Superior writing and communication skills essential. Responsibilities include filing, organizing, travel booking, professional and personal errands, setting up home repairs, and many other time-saving activities. Hours are variable but average 15-20 hours/week. Some weekday evenings and weekend availability required.
This job requires extreme attention to detail, superior interpersonal skills, and a track record of success. Experience/Education in financial services preferred, but not required.
