Hello -
We are a well-known luxury auto dealership in downtown Chicago. We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly accountant who will help with keeping the books, call customers when their car is ready, comfortable with a few hours of data entry each week related to tracking costs (5-10 hrs max), and able to help audit processes and ensure we are billing everything due to us from various income sources. We are a smaller team within the dealership and very friendly. There is tremendous potential for growth, as we are a new division and trying to expand as fast as we can. The right candidate will be highly valued, trusted, and given a long-term place here if the match feels mutual.
The ideal candiate would be reliable, on-time, meticulous with small details, organized, friendly, and flexible as our needs change. Familiarity with ADP would be a plus. I am a CPA and Operational Consultant and will be working with you to structure our Accounting and grow the business.
