I'm a custom furniture maker in Chicago, and am offering this unique armoire for sale (delivery included in the Chicago-land area). This armoire is new, was completed last year, and was for sale through a gallery; I am now offering it directly for 50% of its showroom price.
This piece is ultimately intended as a display case - it features interior lights, glass shelves, and bi-fold doors that swing away from the piece when open. It's 8' (eight feet) high, 5' (five feet) wide when closed, nearly 7' (seven feet) wide when open, and approximately 21" (twenty-one inches) deep internally. The exterior is entirely veneered in book-matched African Satinwood, with the interior being quartersawn Honduran Mahogany. The legs are solid Honduran Mahogany. The handles are solid Macassar Ebony.
