Antique 1874 oil painting signed W Norris. 12 ¼” by 8 1/8” painting is housed in a 17 7/8” by 14” frame. I have no less than 200 oil painting and prints. Antique/resale shop located at 127 East 69th Street in Chicago is packed to the ceiling with antiques, collectibles and art and constantly get in merchandise.
