The case itself is black canvas trimmed in brown leather. Inside the canvas has a zipper compartment as well as space for business cards/credit cards/ID/etc. There is also one open compartment on the outside of the case. The entire item is in brand-new condition.

I also have several baskets, a travel garment bag, an antique printers' drawer, a white tension rod for curtains or a shower curtain, plastic white shower curtain rings, and a gold and silver towel bar w/the ends that screw into the wall. Hello I have a very nice 12' enclosed trailer and I need to find a permanent parking place for it!

This situation came up because I was keeping it parked at my mom's townhouse in the burbs and the jerks changed their rules to no longer allow me to park it there or else have it towed.

In return for letting me keep my trailer parked at your home or place of business I would be willing to let you use it when I am not. Generally, I use it to transport bicycles during some cycling events that I run a couple times a year during the summer and other than then it sits unused for about 50 weeks a year.

The trailer is in great condition. The overall dimensions are about 12' long, 6' wide, and 6' high, there is a ramp in the back and a side door, and a rack on top on which I mount the bikes (I took the pictures below before I built the rack). It has a 2" ball hitch, a jack, and wheel chocks so it can easily stand on its own. All of the electrical systems are in great shape, it uses the four-prong plug, and it also has a light on the inside.

Other than a place to park it, there are only a few other reasonable things that I would ask in return:
o give me advance notice when you would like to use it
o don't do anything significantly dirty or abusive to it
o keep it clean after you use it and in the same mechanical condition as it is now
o be careful about damaging the bike mounts on the rack if you put something on the roof
o sign a written agreement to our arrangement

I live in Lakeview on the north side of Chicago and given the choice I would prefer to have it located as close to my home as possible, but because I only use the trailer a couple times a year it's not critical.

I got an X-Box 360 that does not read discs. The replacement disc drive is about $40. So if you're into fixing stuff, this system can be worth a lot more if you invest $40. Complete with original box.
