Referrals to people who are looking to make money in foreclosure and real estate investing are also good. Also an elliptical exercise machine or airline tickets bought with frequent flyer miles would be good.

this is an 88 model yamaha excel 3 340 sled to trade or sell. it has electric start, but needs some tinkering..just clicks? it will start and go, but will need a set of plugs and the carb cleaned. it also needs a new seat cover as the old one is off and ready for the new one i already have for it. no need to put any cash in other than the plugs and a couple cans of carb cleaner. a couple hours time and youll be ready to ride! this has registration, bill of sale, and manual from original owner. this is an older sled that has been ridden and used, but still has some life to ride the trails again. open to trade offers. what do you have?? i will try to get some pictures of it up soon. nothing special, but its something to ride! jon boat, outboard, atc, three wheeler, dirtbike, nice air compressor, or?????????????

I have a 2001 Kia Rio with <100K miles on it. I've made multiple repairs to it over the last few years (and have records of most of it), and when the shifter started sticking I decided to let it go and get another car. So now you have the opportunity to own my silver-blue Kia! It's still driveable and it looks pretty good from the inside and out; it just needs someone to look at what's going on with the (automatic) transmission because it's difficult to shift. Might be an easy fix--I really can't tell you. The private-party sale value, according to Edmunds.com is about $1500.

What I'd like in return is some nice furniture. I'm moving and I need a really nice couch, loveseat, sofa, futon--basically living room pieces. I'm going to be kind of picky about the condition, because hey--you're getting a CAR! Feel free to make me offers of other stuff (clean, gently used baby stuff included) or combine a couple things into one offer. I'll consider all sorts of things, as long as I can use them. A plasma TV? Cool! (Please, kindly, don't offer me anything that carries cigarette smoke or cat dander, though--I'm allergic and won't be able to tolerate it.)

I would rather get something useful for this car than haggle over an actual monetary price (though I'd probably accept the $1500), especially as I don't know what kind of problem it's got. If you're handy with cars, this could be your lucky day.

We tried to teach them to ride but they were not liking it to much and next summer they will need bigger bikes. The girls one is the authentic Disney Princess. I bought it from Toys R Us. I paid close to $100 bucks for it or so. It has training wheels. The wheels are a little dirty in the middle from taking it outside twice, but this is pretty much a brand new bike. My son's bike is Green and I bought it from Toys R us as well. His is brand new, his tires are black so you cannot see dirt. But there is none on there. This is a great gift for anyone. we fix those danagerous foundation cracks. we use an injectible epoxy it is done right and will not have a problem with them agian. foundation cracks allow water to get into the basements causing mold and more damage. not only does water get into the basement but fills the crack with water and in this weather when it freezes will make the crack worse. get it fixed now before its too bad too fix. let me know what you have im a guy i like toys (anything with a motor) foid items, cash, electronics, try me i pretty open as long as the value is the same. just dont come to me with dumb stuff.

I've got 1 hilti laserlevel primarily used for drop ceilings but also really good for framing I'm asking$ 250 obo for it ....
