STAGE SHOES from the Jan & Dean Shows - $25 (Maywood)
In the mid 1980s I was the lead guitarist and bandleader for the Surf legends Jan & Dean. We played all over the world and were endorsed by such companies as Nike, Ocean Pacific (OP) and VANS. VANS was by far the coolest and custom made our foot gear. I left the band in 1986 and stowed away a pair of the VANS worn by me on stage five or six times. They are blue and orange and a size 13D. Unfortunately, Jan Berry died a few years ago. Dean Torrence still lives in LA. I have spoken to the other band members and no one has a pair left. This is the ONLY PAIR, and they are unique. Check out the binding across the bottom of each shoe. I will sell them for $25.00. (a steal!) They will have to be purchased IN CASH and picked up from my house.
