I am a Front-end Web & Graphic Designer from Chicago, and I'm looking to find the right person to come on board. Right now, I need someone who would be able to contribute some of their time into creating some materials for my company. What I am looking for is to create one Standardized Structure for a Joomla CMS in both ecommerce and non-ecommerce formats. The first, will be a "basic business" website. I have the designs prepared already, and would need them prepared for the site with PSD slicing, exporting, and configuring into the Joomla modules.
The second will be a Joomla + Virtumart add-on, most likely using the RocketTheme http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=reaction as a starting point.

The requirements are as follows:

Basic Business design
a. Slice up basic business website design PSD
b. Create Joomla Modules & Add design images
c. Integrate modules with the CMS
d. Add basic filler content for demo purposes

E-Commerce design
a. Slice up the design that will be created using the "reaction" rockettheme as a starting point
b. Export design and fit them to the site
c. Add basic filler content for demo purposes

When these two "demo" sites are created, I will then use them during consultation with clients. I will walk them through the CMS, show them how to add or edit different features, and how we will customize it for their company 100% w/design. As the designer who will be designing most of my clients' projects, I'll be able to create 3-4 of these per week. I've been generating about 10-20 leads per week on average for the past few months. The idea is, minimize the amount of customization from the code perspective, and leave most of the customization to design.

The process is simple:
1. (me) I will seed and generate a handful of clients (5)
2. (me) I will consult with them, gauge their interest in a new website, create a list of objectives
3. (Developer) Install the Master Templates (5) on a test server (on my hosting account)
4. (Developer) Change the directory to "clientname.graphics.ms" for each of the (5) prospects/clients.
5. (Designer) Using the Master PSD for each type of prospect (commerce or not), I'll design the PSD's, export the graphics, FTP them to images directory.

My typical client ranges from $2,500-5,000, and with 5 prospects a week, it would be reasonable to estimate $10-15,000 per week potential.
The reason I am looking for a partner for this work is simple... Nobody is going to want to work for no cash upfront! I need these two master PSD's and Joomla templates created so that I can start this process. The PSD's need to integrate with the Joomla templates, and the Joomla Templates need to be present during consultation. I've got a great marketing strategy and sales ability, and I'd be willing to share in the equity of my company, or at the very least guarantee exclusivity of your services on my client's projects when they come in.

After all, I will need someone to install them, and make minor adjustments here and there. Also, whenever custom programming becomes necessary, you will be the one in charge of the project from a development standpoint.

The benefit of working in this fashion is that with a $10-15,000/week potential, equity in my company, or simply the amount of work I will bring you, will be much more profitable than doing things as a freelancer on a project-to-project basis. I would like to be clear that I am looking for a truly dedicated individual who knows Joomla, knows custom development, and can handle a handful of clients at any given time. I would also greatly consider a Chicago (or near suburb) resident over an out-of-state applicant.

Having a decent library of add-ons, widgets, scripts, or other online apps that will work with Joomla is a HUGE bonus.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Training:
Bachelors Degree. Post graduate work, such as project management certification, financial certification, or master’s degree, preferred.

Experience:
• Investment industry experience preferred
• Typically 6+ years experience leading to successful demonstration of competencies as presented above
