Looking for experienced Call Center Representatives!
We are looking for experienced call center customer service representatives with 3+ years of inbound call center experience to fill several open positions in Chicago. We are interviewing for these positions immediately and need individuals who are flexible to work a varied schedule both during the week and on weekends.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of inbound call center experience handling a heavy volume of calls
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Experience with AS400 system (toggling between two screens)
• Excellent phone etiquette and great customer service attitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• An ability to learn quickly
• Must be available to start immediately
• Must be available weekends and holidays and have a flexible schedule
