We are seeking self-motivated, dedicated, hard working Customer Service Manager to work in our Joliet, Illinois office. We have an immediate opening in our extremely busy 10 person customer service phone department. In addition you will supervise our very busy mail department. As a Customer Service Manager, you will handle escalated calls and manage a staff of 20 plus people. You must be able to delegate work flow, be assertive, able to multi-task, and take initiative. A minimum of 3 years Customer Service Management experience is required. We offer an excellent benefits package, company paid breakfasts and lunches monthly, company paid outings and a fun work environment are among the many things we have to offer.
