zZounds (www.zzounds.com) is looking for bright, motivated musicians with customer service/call center/gear sales experience to serve our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Right now we need seasonal help, particularly Customer Service Reps (CSRs) with flexible schedules who can work nights and/or weekends.
You must have expert knowledge of musical gear and recording equipment with customer service and/or gear sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and good computer/typing skills. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
Work alongside other musicians in a fun, creative atmosphere with regular training opportunities to enhance your gear knowledge and customer service/sales skills.
