Peapod, an interactive, online grocery shopping/delivery service, is seeking 2 FULL-TIME Call Center Customer Service Reps. for our Call Center in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
HOURS:
2nd shift only (1:30 pm to 10:30 pm)
Must be able to work one day on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday.
*Weekend availability a must!*
PAY RATE:
$12.00-14.00 an hour based on prior Call Center Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS NEEDED:
- 1-2 years of previous Call Center experience required.
- Ability to answer numerous inbound telephone calls from customers in a call center environment. Be detail oriented.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and service issues.
- Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven problem solving ability in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attendance and availability to work on weekends.
- Flexibility in your work schedule based on call volume and trends.
- Strong listening and excellent communication skills.
- Upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent data entry skills.
