DBG is recognized for providing industry-leading personal training and a superior level of service. DBG is seeking a person to fill the role of scheduler at our Bellevue location at the Bravern.

Experience in customer service with excellent people skills, professional demeanor and consistently positive attitude is preferred. Candidates must be dependable, thorough, and have excellent phone skills.
DBG Schedulers play a prominent role in organizing and managing the personal training schedule for all David Barton Gym employed trainers. An ideal Scheduler delivers the highest level of customer service possible to all clients, and maintains excellent communication with the training staff.

As a Scheduler, you will handle all member questions and requests in a timely manner, complete necessary paperwork to resolve any outstanding training issues related to session usage, consistently reschedule clients to ensure set level of appointment-to-show ratio, serve as source of information for all gym services, be creative in handling customer service issues and direct issues appropriately to maintain professional environment at scheduling/front desk. Your success will depend on your ability to organize and maintain daily scheduling and staff, and maintain communication with clients as well as colleagues.
