hello, a friend and i are interested in hiring someone to cook dinner on a regular basis(5 nites a week?). interested in a chef who uses local, seasonal and organic ingredients. we both have diet restrictions( im a vegetarian he has gout) and are busy so eating right has become a little difficult. we don't have the entire scenario worked out just yet so bear with us. i guess we are just seeing whats available. please include pertinent info like types of food you enjoy making and type of compensation youd be interested in. i think he and i would prefer it to be more casual than business like
