Sr. Commissioning Leader
We seek a Sr. Commissioning professional to lead projects utilizing the experience of our 400+ professionals of exceedingly high credentials. Building upon our national client base of both public and private commissioning clients, this role will be responsible for generating additional work from existing accounts while developing avenues for new pursuits.
The major attributes and/or knowledge base for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Experience with commissioning and retro commissioning practices.
• Resourcefulness to plan and manage commission projects on a national level.
• Ability to assist in developing cost estimates and proposal submittals in the pursuit of new work.
• Capacity to mentor fellow engineers.
Qualified candidates must have the following competencies and experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience and a Bachelors of Engineering or Science degree.
• Commissioning Agent Certification required; PE, CEM, or LEED a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills resulting in successful sales and business development.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Ability to supervise projects as a client manager, and capacity for developing work plans and budgets and providing leadership to motivate staff to achieve corporate and client project objectives.
Position requires 40% travel within the continental US.
