Early stage Los Angeles-based Flash development company seeks intermediate Flash/Flex Developers to architect, build, test and document the development of a variety of Flash applications for internet, social networks and desktop distribution.

MUST HAVES:
- Eclipse/FDT (We use it extensively)
- Solid OOP skills. Classes, Packages, Encapsulation, etc.
- SVN and/or GIT
- TweenMax, APE, Flint, PV3D, etc
- Knowledge of deploying in AIR
- Good Photoshop skills (able to convert psd's into usable artwork in Flash).
- Solid work ethic and very detailed about keeping your hours and documenting your progress.
- Fast Internet connection.

NICE TO HAVE:
- Sense of Design and/or Animation
- PHP/MYSQL
- ASP.net
