We are a national medical market research firm conducting a study on weight related health issues. The research study will be taking place in person in a few locations throughout Chicago. The interview will be 90 minutes in length and you will be compensated $125 for your time and opinions.
If you are overweight, or suffer from conditions directly or indirectly related to weight issues, we are interested in your feedback. Below is a link to a short survey regarding medical conditions. We ask that you complete the survey and provide us with your contact information. We will review your answers and contact you if we think we can schedule you for an interview.
