Fiadoncino Salato al Tartufo ( a flakey popover with black truffles)
Zuppa di Farro Tiberina (a spelt soup)
Petto d"Anatra al Montepilciano con Asparagi (duck breast with wine sauce and asparagus)
Parrozzo Abruzzese (an almond dessert)
