The location is on Sunny Slope between National Avenue and Beloit Road in New Berlin. The driveway is the first drive north of New Berlin Eisenhower High School. Follow the drive to the club house.



The price is $325 which gives us two bartenders. I’m going to try to get that price down. The owner is on vacation until next week and when I finally talk to him I expect that price will come down. Let’s do a cash bar that way it keeps the price down for all and people can spend what they want at the bar. If we figure 50-60 people attend, it comes to roughly $5 per head. I expect we can get 25-30 grads and spouses don’t you? If we charge $10 per person, that gives us some money to play with for snacks and maybe the first half barrel or some soda. What do you think? I think people would expect to pay $10 per person don’t you? I think it was $9 for our 15th anniversary get together.



I looked at other locations and we had to guarantee no less than $700 in food and beverages to hold a room. Our location gives us more flexibility and is less.



I think we should set up an RSVP email so we can keep a head count. Do you want to ...........
