I'm looking for a decent-sized warehouse/studio/loft-typed space to hold a private New Year's Eve party with a capacity of 50 to 100 people.

A few essentials:
Easily accessible washroom.
Live music friendly (we plan on having a DJ).
A kitchen would be nice, but not an absolute must.
Waiting/bartending staff is not needed, I was hoping to handle any food and beverages myself.

I expect rates to be somewhat higher due to the holiday but I was hoping to rent a space for somewhere around $1500 is at all possible.
