I am looking for some help for my Saturday lunch wedding on June 5 2010. The wedding will be small (50 guests) and fairly informal. Ceremony/reception will be held at the same place near Clark/Fullerton
-I need help with playing music - I will pick the ceremony songs and put them on an MP3 player (or laptop) and you will play them at the appropiate times. The ceremony begins at 11am (music to begin at 10:30a) and it should be over by 11:30a. At that point, I just need the MP3 player/laptop left playing the reception playlist. The sound system is already in place. I will take care of the clean-up and everything from there. This is not much more then pressing the "next" and "pause" buttons at the appropiate times in the ceremony.
-I would like you to pick up 10 small bunches of flowers (they will be already paid for and picked out) at the Lincoln Park Farmer's market (within walking distance). Please bring them to the ceremony/reception site and place them into the 10 vases that I will already have waiting (probably about 10:00a - on your way in maybe?). This should require no arranging - just unwrap and place with a little water in the vase - place on center of table

I will basically need help from 9:30-10:00a (flowers) until 11:30 (reception). I can pay in cash and you are more than welcome to stay for lunch/drinks. Please respond with a cost estimate. I am looking to hire an assistant/co-director to help me with my upcoming National pageant in 2010. Do you watch toddlers and tiaras and are interested in the pageant world. This isn't a job where you have to pay for anything upfront or is a short term position. This isn't a traditional job where you work from 9-5 or receive a paycheck every week. I am looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and a people person. This job has the potential to become a permanent full time position with an office in downtown Chicago. After 8 months you will go under review, your yearly salary will be $32,500 a year, plus company perks. Your performance is the determining factor.

Duties
� Travel around the US, promoting at pageants
� Take phone calls/answer emails
� Help organize and create giveaways

� 50% of work can be done from home

Requirements

The National Pastime Theater has it's annual New Years Eve benefit and needs a skilled, reliable bartender. The bar will be open with tip jar, full bar, so skills will be needed. You will get $75 and 1/2 the tips, 1/4 goes to your bar back and 1/4 to theater as it is a benefit fundraiser. All the groovy food you can eat, Very sexy party, it is a Masquerade with Brazil's Carnivale as the theme, live music and more. You will need a costume with mask, we can help. 4. Must not be shy. You WILL be on a microphone. You will be Dancing on the stage or on the bar! You will be interacting with the clientele.

5. You must be able to work at least 1 night every week in general. Vacations are fine but there is ongoing training and you need to practice to get better

6. Although we are bars and clubs, this is still a job. You are not doing us a favor by showing up. We are looking for people who are reliable, and who really find it enjoyable to make the party happen. Many of the managers, djs, drummers, and other staff have been with us for years.
