*Responsible for filing all complete patient charts following appointments.
*Responsible for facility inventory. Weekly, checking inventory; including medical supplies, office supplies and supplements and placing appropriate orders and keeping par levels.

This position is responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
