Our place is in Old Town 60610 (in-between Gold Coast and Lincoln<br>
Park). It's located right off the brown line Sedgwick stop, close to<br>
downtown.  The place is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the top floor<br>
of a three-flat. The building only has three units. There is a<br>
pool-table room, kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, full<br>
dining room and working fireplace in the living room.<br>
<br>
Our place is completely furnished besides the 4th bedroom(we can make arrangements if you<br>
have furniture you want to use).<br>
<br>
Utilities are split four-ways (cable, internet, gas and electric).<br>
Rent is currently $560 (but we expect it to go up slightly when we<br>
re-sign the lease). Either way, the rent is a great deal for this<br>
space and location.<br>

We are 22 & 24 year-old male students with jobs and another 24 year old<br>
male with a full-time job.  We are<br>
neat and organized and laid back as well. We like to go out and have<br>

<title><![CDATA[Seeking cool roommate(s) move in Sept. 1st (Lincoln Square) $492]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[At least one roommate (maybe 2) needed for our large 3 bedroom Lincoln Square apartment.<br>
I plan to be moving out Sept. 1.  One of the other 2 roommates might come with me.  The remaining roommate has requested that I find somebody to replace myself.<br>
Apartment Details:<br>
-Monthly rent is currently $1475 total, $492 per person<br>
-1500 square feet (possibly 1700 sq ft)<br>
-3 bedrooms<br>
-1 bath room<br>
-It was newly rehabbed before we moved in, May 2006.  We haven’t done any damage to the apartment.<br>
-Located right in the center of Lincoln Square, very close to all the great Lincoln Square shops, restaurants, atmosphere, and the Old Town School of Music.<br>
-CTA Brown Line Western Station is very close, including buses X49, 49, 49B, 78, 81 and 11.<br>
-Heat is not included, but we live above a café which provides a good deal of heat during the winter months and keeps our bill low.  Electricity is not a problem.<br>
<br>
My roommate is a pretty cool guy.  He gets his portion of the bills paid on time.  He’s a very social and active individual in his mid twenties who gets along well with others.  He’s a student attending Truman College, which can be very easily reached by CTA bus 78 or 81.  My roommate is a musician and the environment in our apartment which is very suitable for musicians.  <br>
My roommate very flexible and open toward what he is looking for in a roommate.  The standard drug free, drama free, easy going, responsible sort should be fine.<br>
We like to keep the apartment pretty chill.  Friends stop by.  Occasionally, we have a little party.<br>
