2 great tenants need an equally great place to live in September 2008.
What you are getting is 2 straight males, 28 years old, no pets, employed, will pay rent on time and will take great care of the place.
Figured we would start looking early to find the perfect place. Last year the place we found did not turn out as expected. Looking for more than just a typical DePaul college apartment that are common for the area, something a bit nicer as we are both 6 years out of college.
Here is what we need:
2 bedrooms
1-2 bathrooms
At least 1 reserved parking place
Laundry in unit
Lincoln Park area (currently at Lincoln and Diversey, dont want to move far, enjoy the neighborhood).
