I currently get a monthly income of $1400 which is not a considerable amount to most major realty companies. They reguire that your rent is no more than %30 of your income otherwise you dont qualify to rent from them. I am looking for an owner who will accept $1400 a month as enough income to rent out a safe, 1bed room apartment to a female in need of housing.
