What you will be doing:

Your role will provide college coaches with a reliable resource to find qualified student-athletes for their programs and to education high school student athletes and their families through the recruiting process.

* Conducting phone evaluations with student-athletes and their parents to determine what college programs they may qualify for
* Providing student-athletes and families expert advice and knowledge about the college recruiting process
* Effectively communicating the company's role in the recruiting process
* Enrolling qualified student-athletes into the company program from all areas of the country

What you need to succeed:

* Collegiate athletic experience
* Coaching and/or sales experience preferred
* A history of success at previous positions
* Team oriented person
* Working knowledge of multiple sports
* A passion for working with high school student-athletes and families
* Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
* A college degree from an accredited 4-year college or University
* Ability to work nights and weekends
* Highly organized
