Senior Compensation Analyst ... learn, grow and have fun at work in this employee centered O'Hare area company! This job share position involves administration, analysis and project leadership of rewards programs on the international level.

Senior Compensation Analyst position highlights:
* learn HRBS evaluation tool, Annual Incentive Plan process, Human Resources practices, Rewards Systems processes, eCompensation of Halogen and global merit increase process
* collaborate with global occupational health team on the design, analysis and reporting of financial impact of health care and wellness initiatives
* design, set-up, analyze, communicate and administer US employee benefits open enrollment process and global merit planning process
* review rewards programs to ensure company policies as well as regulatory requirements are adhered to
* create and manage global database of job descriptions and job titling process project
* monitor due diligence and integration processes for acquisition rewards program
* analyze global HR metrics and global rewards programs; document and report
* assess jobs to ensure equitable internal and external wage and salary rates
* assist with various benefits projects and Global Job Evaluation Project
* help prepare materials for committee and Board of Diretors meetings
* maintain, evaluate and revise Rewards policies and procedures
* generate various reports for US benefits programs
* sponsor CCP, CBP and GRP certifications
* travel to two international trips each year

Senior Compensation Analyst must have 3-6 years compensation analysis experience and Bachelor's Degree. Excellent communication skills and attention to details are very important.
