Our Client located in Chicago, IL is looking for an HR Manager to join their growing organization.
Description:
• Administer HR policies
• Manage large-scale, high volume recruitment projects
• Assist management on making fair and effective decisions according to employment laws and company procedures
• Manage and perform recruitment, staffing and orientation functions
• Audit and analyze HR data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience and 3 years of HR Management experience
• SPHR/PHR preferred
• Knowledge of government regulations and employment laws
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to handle confidential issues
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• ADP HRIS experience and applicant tracking software experience preferred
