Food Team is a temporary food service staffing firm in Chicago is searching for a part time Staffing / Recruiting Coordinator to join our Chicago office. Join our team as we prepare for explosive growth in 2010. This person will assist with the day to day operation answering to the Branch manager in a fast paced, high energy, multi tasking office. Job duties will include taking applications, interviewing prospective employees, placing candidates on job assignments, client contact, account development, taking job orders, filing, recruiting and payroll processing responsibility and more. This is not a temp job. You must have an entrepreneur type spirit, your own vehicle, valid drivers license, excellent work ethic and an ownership attitude. Computer and people management experience a must. Food service back ground a plus, particularly Banquet Serving experience.
