FT nanny needed for infant boy (chicago north side (lincoln square))

Looking for responsible, trustworthy, reliable and energetic nanny to care for 6-week-old boy 40-45 hours/week. I also have a 6-year-old girl who may need care a few hours a week after school or camp. This could be live-in or live-out position. Must have at least 2 years experience with excellent references and speak some English.
Responsibilities include child care, light housekeeping (straightening up, sweeping, putting dishes in dishwasher, etc.), occasional laundry, running short errands near the house, walking older child to/from school. Hours are approximately 8:30-5, M-F. Hours can be somewhat flexible for live-in position.
We would love to find someone with any or all of the following:
-Have long-term experience with a single family (1-2+ years)
-Have a driver's license and clean driving record (a car would be great too, but not required)
-Be CPR certified
-Have had a recent TB test
-Have lots of ideas about activities to do with children around Chicago and in the home
-Speak Russian or Spanish (limited English is ok for a Spanish speaker, as I speak conversational Spanish)
Will consider a mother who wants to bring her child to work with her. Also may consider someone available for summer only, esp for live-in.
We're looking to pay $10/hour, which would include paid major holidays and at least 2 weeks vacation a year. Additional days off are likely as we travel fairly frequently.
