Upscale, wellness spa in the Gold Coast is seeking a spa attendant to join our team!
The Spa Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the changing rooms, laundry room facilities, Quiet Lounge, and lobby lounge, according to standard operating procedures. The Spa Attendant ensures that all amenities are readily available to all guests at all times. This position also requires the maintenance of the treatment rooms and laundry.
Position requirements
• Prepare changing rooms and lobby lounge areas for guests and members according to housekeeping guidelines.
• Greet guests appropriately and respond to all guest concerns in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner, addressing the guest by name whenever possible.
• Maintain changing room appearance and cleanliness. Ensure that amenities are consistently stocked according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain laundry room facilities.
• Maintain Quiet Lounge and lobby lounge.
• Maintain cleanliness of all linens.
• Remove, clean, and replenish treatment room linens.
• Deliver a high level of guest rapport and service.
• Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
• Adhere to all corporate, departmental and spa operational policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest questions and Associate concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Adhere to company guidelines and core values.
• Attend Associate meetings and workshops.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all exhale classes, services, and products.
Education and/or skills required
• Prior experience with changing room and laundry service in a spa, hotel, and/or salon location.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
• Display good organizational and verbal skills.
