Busy consumer bankruptcy attorney seeking assistance from experienced Chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney. Assistance is needed with: (1) preparing motions and other documents related to: lien-stripping, adjustment of plan payments, conversions (for example); (2) attendance of 341 hearings; and (3) insight on complicated issues.
Compensation could be in the form of a flat fee, a percentage of a case or a mixture of both.
In addition, the possibility of sharing advertising expenses and profits from an ad campaign is something I would like to explore.
