Personal Injury litigation firm seeks attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation including trial experience.

A qualified candidate must have the ability to:

– depose parties and experts;
– find and retain experts;
– prepare trial witnesses;
– draft 213 f(1)(2) & (3) disclosures;
– become and remain immediately productive with minimal direction;
– type and otherwise operate a computer efficiently;
– travel to collar counties if necessary; and
– make the necessary time commitments of a litigator when on trial or other times.

This is a permanent position. We are looking for a long-term employment relationship with an experienced litigator.
