Litigation firm seeks paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiffs’ medical malpractice and/or nursing home litigation.

A qualified candidate must have the ability to:

– order and follow-up for medical records and bills;
– summarize/outline medical records;
– draft initial responses to written discovery;
– issue subpoenas;
– prepare and update specials index/lists;
– screen calls from potential clients; and
– schedule depositions.

The ideal candidate will have worked for the managing partner or first chair litigator responsible for handling complex litigation matters.
