Legalpeople is looking for ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEYS who are Active and In Good Standing with the NEW YORK BAR. We have a Chicago-based client looking for an attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning for project-based, part-time work. The projects would involve the review of estate planning documents to ensure they are consistent with local New York Law. This lawyer would be primarily setting family structures, with a possible real estate transfer component. All work can be done from home and will be managed remotely by Legalpeople’s client. Each project will be between five and thirty hours work of work. Hourly rate is commensurate with level of experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required and all applicants must be Active and In Good Standing with the New York bar.
