We are a professional services firm providing a proven solution for reducing tax debts. In the last four years we have grown annual revenues from $300,000 to $3.5 Million.
As a result, we are expanding our sales staff to add one or two associates, and seek both experienced and entry level candidates.
You will receive comprehensive training in our sales, delivery process and offerings, so no experience is necessary but (of course) is helpful.
All leads are call-ins from direct mail, internet or TV—no prospecting or cold calling.
COMPENSATION: Our sales associates average income is $50,000 in their first year and our top performers (there are a couple) make over $130,000 annually and average 3 years experience.
New associates earn base, draw and no limit commissions. Benefits included medical, dental, life, 401(k), bonuses, and profit sharing.
REQUIREMENTS
-Professional demeanor (you will be selling professional services)
-Phone sales experience with good dialing and follow-up track record
-Commitment to closing and growing
-Ability to work without a babysitter
NICE TO HAVES
-Some intangible sales experience
-An IRS tax debt in your personal history
-A law degree, CPA or MBA
-Frustrated by other “opportunity” sales positions that didn’t really give you the chance to achieve your personal goals
