Cleveland, OH - Lumen Legal has a reputable law firm client who is in need of an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney with 4 - 6 years experience. This is a direct hire opportunity located in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing bidding documents and construction agreements, counseling clients concerning choice of entity and project delivery systems, and will have extensive experience in every facet of the construction process. Selected individual will also have significant courtroom experience dealing with construction disputes including bid protests, extra work disputes, delay, disruption and productivity disputes, acceleration claims and post-acceptance building failures. Client will consider individuals interested in relocating to the area. Book of business is a plus. This position offers a very competitive salary, benefits package and bonus structure.
