Remote Web Marketing Assistant needed, based in Chicago in for occasional in-person meetings or to work at client work sites if needed.
You will manage Adwords campaigns, email marketing campaigns, work on local and social marketing initiatives, new business initiatives, and update websites.
Skills needed:
* Web savvy.
* Quantitatively literate, with an eye for the creative.
* Inherent understanding of branding and what drives well-done messaging. Demonstrated ability to drive brand across multiple channels.
* Self-starter.
* Skilled writer.
* HTML code savvy; strong aptitude for online applications which involve data or code.
* Social Marketing experience and market knowledge.
This position is part-time only, about 40 hours per month, based on jobs you agree to do for a set number of hours at the hourly rate of $10 - 12.50 per hour to start, overage negotiable. Preferably you already have your own home-based work set-up. Students from the University of Chicago or other colleges along the Metra Electric line are encouraged to apply, however general meetings may be held in the loop and on the north side at times. The agency is generally closed a few weeks around the Christmas and New Year's holiday. Prefer someone who can start immediately.
