JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Create weekly newsletters
Prepare service data sheets
Build white pages
Proof all prepared marketing presentations
Build content for the company website
Understand and use marketing processes
Develop a marketing plan and ensure that all marketing materials effectively sell our services
Keep all marketing materials up to date
Prepare and format reports using data gathering techniques and established tracking standards
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing materials
Maintain familiarity with our target market and keep up to date on marketing trends
Develop a complete understanding of our business, marketing plan, and services

Experience and Education:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations. An Associates Degree with one to two years of marketing experience, to include developing and implementing marketing programs and materials.

Desired Computer Skills:
OpenOffice, Microsoft Office
Photoshop, Gimp
Scribus, InDesign
HTML, CSS

Foundational Skills:
Listening, creative thinker, decision making acumen, problem solver, takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity & honesty.
