GE Gas Water Heater (Delivered) $250

I have a few natural gas water heaters from General Electric for sale with free curbside delivery included. These are the new models that have the Flamable Vapor Ignition Resistant systems that are required by the current plumbing codes. They have some dents from shipping or are customer returns from one of the big home center store chains. However, they have been fully tested and are guaranteed to work like new when properly installed. Currently I have 40 and 50 gallon, standard vented models available - no power vented units.

These are located in Beloit, WI, about 90 minutes northwest of the loop along I-90, but as mentioned above, delivery to your door is included in the price. We make deliveries to the Chicago once a week, on alternating Thursdays and Saturdays. We do require a $50 deposit in advance in order to deliver, and can take a credit or debit card payment online through PayPal for that. I also need matching pieces, but want SCRAP. I.E> CHEAP!! This is a budget project and I will select the cabinet sizes based on the available granite.

Yes, I know that is somewhat backwards, but I want granite counter tops and don't have the money to do it "right."

I installed these true quartersawn oak cabinets during a gut renovation of my home in Chicago. After completion, but before I moved in, my wife decided she wanted to move downtown. The house was sold, but to a developer, who wanted only the lot. These cabinets were removed by the same craftsman who installed them. The cabinets did not fit into my new home, so they are available for your kitchen remodel/installation. They are quartersawn oak, made by a company in the Chicago area that could match for your installation, if you need additional cabinets. Original cost was more than $13,000, plus the custom bronze period hardware ($1,100 additional). The pulls are Period Brass brand, and can be purchased for your extra cabinets if needed. Appliances are not available, but the openings are standard sizes, and your appliances can fit into these openings. The appliances and copper sink were installed in my current house. A farm sink can be installed in the sink opening. I will also included the granite counter tops ($3,400). The whole package cost me more than $17,500, and it will cost you less than 33% of that! It has 9 window panes at the top. It is in perfect condition, other than a small dink in the side at the top. Hi.

I have a few boxes of tile left over from flooring my workshop. Looking to clear out my storage and make room for other things.

Quantity - About 10 or 12 full boxes, one partial box, I think there are 20 tiles per box

Color - greenish blueish flecks

Size - 12" square by 1/8" thick

Should cover about 200 - 250 square feet or so. Perhaps a small to medium kitchen or a couple bathrooms.

I also have half a bucket of adhesive left over.

These tiles cost about $1 per tile new. Full 5 gallon adhesive buckets are about $50. So, for about 250 tiles and 2 gallons (half a bucket) of adhesive, it would be about $275, new. I'm thinking about $150 for everything.

I'm just trying to get rid of this stuff. I got a deal, so I'll make you a deal. Just make me a reasonable offer and it's yours.

This is wood is called HURA CREPITANS L.
It took me quit some time to find out just what kind of wood this is, I ended up sending samples to the
The center for wood anatomy research USDA forest products laboratory in Madison Wisconsin.
They nailed it down for me. There is every thing you would like to know about this wood on the net.
Like, it's good for planing, molding, sanding, boring, turning and finishing and much more.

This wood comes from a very strange tree indeed, the tree its self is a monster of the forest. It's
covered by spikes all the way up the truck and no animal will climb it. This is one of the plants
that local Shamans use to make their Ayahuasca from. If you look it up on goggle search it looks
like some thing that DR. Seuss dreamed up one one of his kids books. The leaves from this tree
are used for many of medicinal treatments. Because of it's cultural significance it has many
names from the many tribal groups of the Americas. Some of the more common names are
OCHOO, ASSACU, POSSUM WOOD, SANDBOX

This wood is a limited harvest every year in the countries of origin.
For the most part it comes from Brazil and Bolivia tropical forests in transition to subtropical forest.
This wood is well dried and it has no knots at all. The grain is very attractive and stains well.
All of this wood is in planks that are 8' long 2 1/8" thick and come in a verity of widths.
