Our client is currently looking for a seasoned creative leader for prestigious Grand Rapids manufacturing firm. Position reports to the Sr. Brand Manager while working closely with VP of Creative Services to drive creative excellence and brand integrity and awareness. While the role includes hands-on design, candidates must be able to effectively lead a creative team and interact with Project Management and Product Development to ensure completion of work. Oversees creative planning, development and efficient usage of all internal and external resources.

-Requires 8 years of design experience.

-Bachelors Degree in Design, Visual Communications or the like, is a must - Masters preferred.
