Currently we are looking for experienced Interactive Designers to join IA's design group.
As a designer you will:
• Serve as your clients’ design partner and guide. You will achieve this by becoming knowledgeable and passionate about your clients’ creative goals and business. You will inspire your clients to achieve superior design by collaborating with teams both internal and external, attending regularly scheduled meetings, creative ideation sessions and presentations.
• Lead and develop design projects from initiation to completion. This includes projects for print, package, interactive, brand, product and user experience. Specific activities include understanding and leveraging strategic and creative briefs, developing brand, experience and design concepts, sketching early concepts and experience architecture, designing and refining concepts, producing final press- or web-ready artwork. Additionally, we will leverage your flash, html and motion skills for appropriate interactive projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams. You will work with teams of managers, designers, writers and researchers to understand project expectations, achieve the highest level of creative, achieve client objectives and ensure that deadlines are met. This also includes working with colleagues to conduct user research as needed for design ideation, participating in the synthesis process and developing key insights, and creative concepts.
• Work with outside partners and vendors. This involves collaborating with photographers, printers, programmers, illustrators and other creative partners and production vendors to communicate client needs and achieve desired results.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• At least two years of professional design experience. Design firm experience a plus!
• Interactive design experience a must
• Must be proficient in: InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
• CSS, HTML, and Flash experience a plus
