NogginLabs is seeking a talented web graphics and interface designer on-site contractor to work on a variety of interactive e-learning systems. Having gobs of experience is less important than having a great sense of design and visual communication. This position is on-site in our Chicago office only. Responsibilities include: working with a diverse, cross-departmental team to create graphics and interface designs for e-learning applications under tight deadlines.
Applicants with webdesign, photoshop, HTML, CSS skills as well as knowledge of industry-standard software and web-related graphics issues are preferred. Applicants must also possess an absolutely unrelenting enthusiasm for learning. Candidates must be flexibility and have a proactive attitude; excellent communication skills; and a sense of humor. This is an ENTRY level position. Perfect for a recent graduate who needs to build a portfolio of work.
Qualified applicants will be comfortable working on all phases of a project from design to production, take initiative, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and take pride in producing the highest quality product.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Flash, ActionScript 2.0
• Experience with visual design for the web
• Interest in education/training
• Precise verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Comfort with tight timeframes and working independently
• Ability to learn new applications or skills quickly
• Experience juggling multiple simultaneous streams of work
