Who we need: An Interactive Art Director (Extraordinaire)
Prevail Health Solutions is busy creating Flash-based lessons and online experiences, interactive content and animation that creates new engaging health experiences for visitors to our site. We need someone who can take a concept from a boring data point, exemplify it in storyboard, match it to a script and bring it to breathing life in Flash with text and animation. If you can combine it in sequence and time it to audio for the complete multimedia experience, you could already be a winner (or our perfect candidate).
You’ll be working with writers and health experts on projects somewhere between eLearning and gaming to shape and support the world’s next generation of web-based health products and services. To get there, we work a ton, but when you love what you do, working a ton isn't a big deal.
• You must speak and think in Flash CS4 - extra points for coding ActionScript 3 with your eyes closed
• Concept development or rapid generation of great and average ideas is required
• We require that you’ve not just taken a class in, but have created “talked-about” or sexy work with: PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash; XHTML/CSS/JavaScript, working on website (re)designs, landing pages, e-learning, animations, themed/integrated campaigns, social/viral and buzz marketing campaigns
• Must love, not just like, interactive web-based design
• You’ll need to be able to virtual handshake with database folks, so you need experience in passing info to and from database servers (and people)
• Illustration and sketching ability is a plus
• Create clear, simple, action-oriented and informational designs both online and off
• Willing to work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment and is prepared to do whatever it takes to make the company a success, including learning new skills and technologies and helping us meet down to the wire deadlines
• No excuses or whining please. Bring your game face, thick skin, and a GTD attitude. Winners applying must know how to have fun as well.

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or related field
• One year work experience at a design studio, ad agency, publications office, in-house creative department or related experience preferred
• High level of creativity with an extreme attention to detail and consistency
• Strong organizational and time management skills, self motivated, and the ability to multitask
