Wanted: jazz/torch musician to help me finish a melody ((trying to meet a deadline))

I've written the intro and first verse. But I'm not a musician or a singer -- I'm a woman who has closing night of a cabaret show looming in three days, and I wanted to go out with a bang since I'm turning 50 this month and love the fact that no one can tell and love that I got cast in the show when I never expected to.
Anyway, I write words but not music, so I came up with this melody, but don't know where to go from here. I know there should be a bridge, a certain length and form, etc. If someone can help finish the melody structure, I can write words to go with the tune and can then have it memorized in time.
