We're looking for a Deputy Director or a Chief Operating Officer to handle the day-to-operations of a small but rapidly-expanding non-profit organization. He or she must have extensive experience in administration, fundraising, corporate and foundation outreach, human resources, budget and financial oversight and office management. He or she must also complement and support an Executive Director who is concentrating on expanding the organization through media, public appearances and meetings with influential individuals. The Executive Director needs someone he can trust to support his efforts and help the organization grow and mature internally. Salary is negotiable but will probably include bonuses based on performance and growth benchmarks along with a guaranteed level of compensation.
