Administrative Assistant

Do you enjoy keeping busy people organized and on the go?

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a growing HR consulting firm. Our customers are Fortune 5000 executives who rely on us to provide them with up to date guidance, outsider’s perspective and thorough research. We count on you to support us in being where we say we will be, when we say we will be there and fully prepared. This includes administrative and phone support, vendor and client interface, maintaining office supplies, equipment and files and managing proposals and presentation delivery.

This is a fast-paced and growing office. We need someone who likes to manage multiple and diverse projects simultaneously, can effortlessly support multiple people, and pays close attention to the details.

Minimum Qualifications

- Expert Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, including ability to rapidly and accurately prepare documents in a fast-paced environment
- Go-to-Meeting, Survey Monkey, Goldmine and/or QuickBooks (or similar) experience strongly preferred
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential materials
- Excellent proof-reading and editing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, learn independently, take initiative, arrive to work on time, work with little supervision
- Flexibility, ability to multi-task
- Excellent telephone manners
