The IntraVex Operations Assistant is our entry level administrative position with great growth opportunity. In this position, you will be manually coding paper invoices by circling invoice codes, looking up and assigning charges codes, looking up and assigning accounting codes and other important information to fully convert the invoice to an electronic file. In addition to invoice coding, you will be required to call our carrier customer service center to request credits for late delivery.
Applicants for this position must possess:

Neat hand writing
An ability to work within deadlines
A basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer (mainly Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Capable of learning quickly and adapting to change
An ability to become efficient at tasks
An ability to ask questions for clarification
