We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant working for the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the general operation and coordinating/collecting data through the Operations Manager and Supervisors. Must have advanced knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills also required.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of office experience.
• Proficient with all MS-Office applications, Excel is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be extremely organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task.
