Summary:<br>
The Clinical Implementation Specialist will engage with new and existing accounts to establish credibility with provider, nursing and administrative key decision makers at health center sites to develop an implementation project plan and assist the sites in making key resource decisions necessary for HIT implementation. In this capacity, the Clinical Implementation Specialist will also provide thought leadership on the value of implementing and utilizing HIT as well as aide key leaders on strategies for thoughtful and successful HIT implementation.  <br>
<br>
The Clinical Implementation Specialist will provide leadership and expertise in the development of implementation and training materials to be used to support HIT implementation. This will include conducting focus groups, analyzing customer and end-user satisfaction data as well as reviewing organizational quality data.  The Clinical Implementation Specialist will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and deliver implementation products and services including end-user training materials, implementation support documents, and per-post HIT implementation surveys.<br>

The Clinical Implantation Specialist will also serve as a member of the support team aimed at providing level II support to implemented sites.  This will include covering the after hours and weekend support calls, attending weekly support meetings, and managing an up to date on-line ticket tracking system.<br>

RESPONSIBLE FOR:<br>

Customer Relations<br>
	Engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with clinical staff/leaders and key decision makers at prospect sites to drive clinical strategy and demonstrate software solutions.<br>
	Provide thought leadership on the value of implementing and utilizing clinical software solutions, particularly as they relate to using HIT in CHCs. <br>
	Work in close partnership with the administrative/business team to provide input regarding product positioning in the CHC and safety net market <br>
	Provide leadership and expertise to research the customer's environment and determine the business fit of the hosted HIT solution and opportunities including interviewing clincial staff at customer sites and gaining an understanding of workflow, identifying opportunities for improvement, and establishing business fit. <br>
	Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and deliver product demonstrations to new prospects and existing customers. During this process, the Clinical Implementation Specialist will create personalized demonstrations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how Centricity CPS can improve the customer's business <br>
	Accompany prospects on site visits to existing customer sites to help the prospect understand the benefits and use of Centricity CPS and Alliance membership at that customer site. <br>
	Represent the Alliance of Chicago in the larger HIT community, including speaking engagements, national healthcare initiatives and conferences. <br>
Training/HIT Development<br>
	Supports the development of, organization/coordination, implementation, evaluation, and continuous monitoring and maintenance of training materials for HIT implementation for all levels of community health center/staff, including Super Users at each site and Alliance staff. <br>
	Develops training curricula and training design for select courses/services for community health centers<br>
	Develops and implements assessment tools, web based surveys, and e-learning opportunities (including course authoring and systems support/maintenance)<br>
	Delivers training and retraining for Alliance members/customers <br>
	Maintains records of and creates reports for training, attendance, evaluation and tracking for all training offered by the Alliance <br>
	Development of site specific training programs for preparation, implementation and maintenance of HIT<br>
	Development and implementation of curricula and Train-the-Trainer materials<br>
	Assist the Director of Operations and Clinical Informatics and the Clinical Informaticist in designing, creating, and implementing revised/new HIT clinical content. <br>

Implementation and maintenance of HIT<br>
	Supports health center sites key leadership by identifying change management and sponsorship opportunities necessary for HIT implementation<br>
	Develops and maintains and up-to-date and complete HIT implementation plan<br>
	Identifies strategies for workflow analysis and reengineering necessary for HIT implementation. <br>
	Supports health centers Clinical Operations Management by developing polices and tools need for implementing HIT and monitoring adoption of technology.<br>
	Responsible for clinical aspects of EHRS testing including: <br>

QUALIFICATIONS:  <br>
	Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.<br>
	More than 2 years of experience in a health care setting, demonstrating clinical operations knowledge<br>
	Knowledgeable about HIT applications and/or familiarity with use of HIT applications in the ambulatory/outpatient setting<br>
	Proven ability to use an EHRS, preferably GE Centricity<br>

We need an introduction to a business owner or facility manager that you may already know.  Once the facility relationship has been established, and we pitch them the idea, and they agree to allow us to operate in their facility, we would be willing to put you to work there. <br>

The locations we seek are in the greater Chicagoland area and fit 2 important criteria: <br>
1) They have a daytime population of more than 300 or more people on site. <br>
2) There is currently no foodservice in the building. <br>

	Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and clients.  <br>
	Position is hourly and a standard workweek is 40 hours, with the ability to earn overtime as needed. <br>

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE<br>
	Series 7 license is required. <br>

<description><![CDATA[The Carlton Inn Midway is searching for an experienced, part-time hotel bookkeeper / admin to work approximately 24 hours per week.  Weekday hours.<br>

Only candidates with ADP and Quickbook experience will be considered.  Previous hotel experience required.  Must have reliable transportation.<br>
<br>
Responsible for all accounting functions including, but not limited to: preparation of monthly financial statements, budget and expense tracking, monthly journal entries, general ledger and month end closings.<br>
<br>
Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, credit card reimbursements, compiling information for city and state tax returns.<br>
<br>
ADP and eTime payroll and monitoring payment of payroll taxes.  Some HR functions and filing.<br>
<br>
Accounts receivable and payables.<br>
<br>
